ingredients

  • 1 cup Immune Boosting Broth warmed
  • 1-11/2 tsp coconut manna or oil
  • 10-12 sprigs cilantro
  • 1/4 lemon juiced large
  • 1/2 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt

optional

  • lemon zest
  • sesame seeds for garnish

instructions

  1. add warm broth, coconut manna, cilantro, hemp seeds, lemon juice, toasted sesame oil, and salt to a high-speed blender. blend until all ingredients are blended. pour into a serving cup. serve warm and sprinkle with lemon zest and sesame or hemp seeds if desired
